Delivery discrepancies
We ask that you please advise us immediately of any delivery discrepancies, these may include a short supply, over supply or incorrect product received. If we are notified within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your delivery then we are able to remedy any issues.

Check Your Delivery: Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival.

10-Day Notice: Any shortages, damages, or errors must be reported to us within 10 business days.

Final Acceptance: If we don't hear from you within 10 days, the order is considered correct and complete.

Returns: We cannot accept returns or claims for discrepancies after 14 days from the delivery date

Condition: Irems must be returned in their origiinal packaging to be eligible for a credit or exchange
